Probably the most spectacular event in Liverpool's Capital Of Culture year was the visit of this incredible mechanical spider to the City. I joined the expectant crowds in Derby Square to see what all the fuss was about...
Soon, she appeared along Castle Street and an amazed crowd watched as she passed, squirting water, steam and snow at us.
Apparently this has been the most popular event of the culture year so far.
1.8 million pounds well spent? You tell me.
